“YOUR WISDOM MIND” Spiritual Growth Seminar

Beneath the surface of constant thoughts and shifting emotions lies a deeper mind—clear, steady, and wise. This “Wisdom Mind” is not something to be attained, but something already present within you, waiting to be uncovered and lived.

In this seminar, we’ll explore how to recognize and rest in this innate clarity, even when the surface of life feels turbulent. Together, we’ll uncover practical ways to shift out of mental noise and emotional reactivity, and instead access a place of spaciousness and trust.
