“ALL ABOUT EGOS” Spiritual Growth Seminar

Many spiritual seekers encounter a familiar yet challenging obstacle on the path to inner peace and fulfillment: the ego. Subtle, persistent, and often hidden, the ego shapes our thoughts, reactions, and choices, sometimes steering us away from clarity, connection, and true spiritual growth.

This seminar invites you to explore the nature of the ego with curiosity and compassion. Through guided practices, reflective exercises, and experiential teachings, you will develop the awareness to recognize ego-driven patterns in your daily life, understand how they influence your relationships and decisions, and move beyond habitual reactions to embrace your true Self.

Whether you are new to spiritual exploration or an experienced practitioner, All About Egos offers insights and experiences that help you navigate your inner world with clarity, presence, and grace, opening the door to a deeper, more authentic way of living.

Facilitators: Aden Sletta and Swami Sky work lovingly, gently, safely, and effectively to lead participants in Swami Premodaya’s original methods and practices of spiritual understanding.
