By registering for and participating in JewelTree Nataraj Meditation, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that this meditation practice may involve physical movement and dynamic activity. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages—whether known or unknown—that may occur as a result of my participation.

I recognize that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and its variants exists in any public setting. By attending this event, I knowingly and voluntarily assume all associated health risks, including potential exposure.

I affirm that I am ultimately responsible for my own health and well-being. I agree to listen to my body and adjust or modify my participation as needed to ensure my safety and comfort throughout the experience.

By signing up for this event, I hereby release and hold harmless JewelTree staff and volunteers, and the JewelTree Center for Spiritual Growth & Guidance from any liability related to personal injury, illness, or other conditions that may arise in connection with my participation.
