TEMPLE SEVA

TEMPLE SEVA

Temple Seva is a purifying practice of service. Every Friday, you’re invited to join in for special projects, cleaning, maintenance, and various tasks—offered in the spirit of worship and devotion.

For formally initiated disciples of Swami Premodaya, Temple Seva also serves as an opportunity to fulfill monthly service commitments while deepening connection through practice.

EVERY FRIDAY

5:00pm to 7:00pm (US Pacific Time)
In Person

“The quickest way to surrender is service, because service itself is surrender.”

– Swami Premodaya

JewelTree Center for Spiritual Growth & Guidance is primarily operated by volunteers, and we always welcome assistance in various areas. Below is a list of some opportunities to get involved:

  • Cleaning:  Help us maintain our sacred space by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and tidying up.
  • Landscaping/Gardening:  Assist with watering, trimming, pruning, and maintaining the grounds.
  • Kitchen:  Participate in cleaning, food preparation, and other culinary tasks.
  • Event Crew:  Serve as a Satsang Ambassador by greeting attendees, assisting the tech crew, setting up and taking down events, or making announcements.

Training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

Thank you for being part of JewelTree’s mission. You are very welcome here, and we deeply appreciate your help. JewelTree is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving humanity, and could not exist without the tireless efforts of its hardworking staff, and its truly essential cadre of volunteer seva practitioners.
